Sitting at the computer…tablet…desk…
Lifting, bending…
Performing…
Or just looking to re-pattern poor habitual use…
The Alexander Technique (AT) teaches us to become more aware of how we use ourselves in all activities. Through a process of gentle hands-on work, learning basic principles of experiential anatomy and postural education, and increasing sensory awareness, students gain skill in body intelligence.
These skills can then be applied to any activity, whether at home, work, in high performance, or at play, unifying our experience.
